A supplier emailed me an invoice, does TALISK_HQ pick it up
Yes: that's the part TALISK_HQ is built around.
TALISK_HQ reads the mailbox you connect and recognises when an email is a supplier invoice. It pulls the PDF or image attachment, extracts the vendor, date, amount and tax, and creates a bill waiting for you in Ledger › Expenses. You review what it read, correct anything it got wrong, and approve.
It surfaces as an action item in your inbox too, so an invoice that arrives on a Tuesday afternoon doesn't quietly become a shoebox problem in March.
The reason this matters: for most small businesses the bookkeeping bottleneck isn't the accounting, it's the data entry: invoices arrive by email and someone has to retype them. Starting from the mailbox removes that step instead of optimising it.
